BEFORE YOU START

The practical
questions.

No one-size-fits-all promises. Just the information needed to scope your project.

What can be customized?

Discuss the material direction, particle format, fragrance and packaging. Feasibility and minimum quantities depend on the product and printed-pack requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed per project. Tell us the litter type, retail pack format and estimated quantity so the quote reflects your actual order.

Can I review samples first?

Yes, request a sample discussion. The selected products, quantities, courier cost and any sample charges are confirmed before dispatch.

How long does an order take?

Lead time is confirmed after the product specification, packaging artwork and order conditions are agreed. It is not a single fixed promise for every product.

Do you offer custom formulations?

Share the performance brief and target composition. Formulation feasibility and any development scope are assessed separately; not every request can be supported.
